Why did I not give her any? Lets try to see some possible answer:

-I felt uncomfortable in opening my bag, getting the clip with the money, opening it in front of her and taking the smallest amount. Perhaps I would not stand that moment in which I consciously choose not to help her. Not to share my money with her.
-”I am foreigner, why should I care about her? China has now money and should take care of these people especially because still claims to be a socialist country”.
